Friendly fire should definitely NOT be on.
It'd make it way too hard for healers to be behind tanks and fire at enemies.
I play Io, a common strategy I do I hide behind a tank and shoot through the tank to deal damage to whoever the tank is killing, that way if the tank starts to get low I can heal them and I can also try to protect their back.
Either way, in TDM friendly fire should absolutely not be on.
It was cause a spike in toxicity and actually make team work harder.
Essence Rip: Rend Soul grants 80/160/240/360/400 shield health for 2s.
Sounds interesting but I think it's kinda weak.
Overall, I dig most changes, but you should take a look at balancing Rend Soul cooldown and cards.

I had thought about the card but didnt think about the potential it had with chronos as caut or wrecker would have been more suitable for a dmg build becuz of her long range deficiencies. I guess the base kit buff on her Q should be removed from the thread. The Essence Rip change was originally scaled from 150-750. But it would make her unflankable as its immune to caut so i lowered it significantly cuz no ones gonna buy wrecker for a self sustain card anyway unless there is a vivian. And for Veil, i nerfed it becuz of how good it already was with lvl 3 to 4 on the card. If u dont have veil and are at below 2000 hp while get flanked by someone bursty like skye, u are guaranteed to be dead becuz of the time it takes to go into effect which is more than kinessa transporter without "beam me up". Its rlly strong but not op i guess so id rather leave the veil nerf as an option rather than necessary.
Is the dimension of the scaling second/(detonated soul orb)?
Dusk Walker is too weak to be viable for healer or dmg Seris. I think if this card was buffed than it would be enaught to be a general escape card (Fade to Black is a healer escape card), and reload buffer card (Sorceress) could be a soul orb speed buffer, as you can see in @TTraw 's suggestion.
Chat is good for that but sadly most never use it and some edgelords even go as far as to insult the few of us who actually use it and try to come up with something that resembles a team comp. Imo they should add some improvements to that instead because allowing players to pick their preferred characters would end up with everyone picking DD's and waiting for the other person to switch to support or tank causing toxicity even before the match has started
Well good news for all of you cuz Smoke and Daggers talent aka healer skye is gonna be buffed. Either a rework or maybe a full overhaul of the healing capabilities. Jay Flare simply said its gonna be changed in his balance video so lets hope its gonna be great.

Let's hope they up her healing to 500/sec and reduce CD to at least 10 seconds. That would make her healing sustainable.
Once we manage to do that, we can talk about giving her proper support utility.
I hope they don't remove this talent tho! It's fun and one of privileged few that actually change the way you play a character.
