One mans scrap should just work for turrets in order to set up a turret faster after losing one.
Back tracking while providing constant turret placements that attract focus fire, get destroyed allowing the set up another turret, cycle and repeat.
This is a pretty cool playstyle card, its dwarven identity to maintain a consistant line of firepower...
I am happy with barik having the ability to pull a turret out is asre if one is destoried while another is on CD.
But having the ability to reset EVEYTHING else, and Failsafe or One Mans Treasure, Barik gets too many CDR freebies.
Cdr Resets from absorbing pressure have to be balenced or the camp can be hard to kill.
An object that attacks needs to be destroied to take ground, that asset should not allow the reset of defence and mobility assets on a champion to hold ground elsewhere.
Removing one forification to resupply another is pretty sketchy in design.
The playstyle of, destroy turrers while shield is active in order to counter CDR, is a bit much for damage casuals to undersand, they see turret they shoot, thus bariks shield wall gets deployed more often and his tempo is better off then other players.
