Koga: reverts base movement speed back to orignsl value.
Harsh training increases speed during adrenaline from 20% back to 50% 5/5-10/10.
Memento: increases ammo buy up to 50 3/3-10-10.
Wanted: reduce enamel regenerated from 4 to 2 every second 4/4-2/2.
If there are better ways to make him better and less oppressive dont be afrade to list them down below.
The issue with Koga is the issue that people have been complaining about: POCKETS. The issue is that low elo players don't see Koga having a Jenos and Corvus pocket up his ass, they just see the Koga killing him. They need to address why Koga is overpowered with Corvus and Jenos, but he sucks ass without a pocket. Yet they don't want to do that.
I think your suggestions are good, but I would make more changes.
SMGs do 140 damage every .12s.
I think they need to get rid of his ult talent. Ult talents are usually trash tbh. I think they should rework it to a talent that encourages stance swapping, such as "switching stances restores energy" or something like that.
Harsh training is an hp card. Why change it to a speed card. During Adrenaline? You mean during agility?
I do agree with Trigger Happy change. Maybe a reload speed tbh. Koga has decent sustain cards, but the numbers kind of suck. Also, other cards could be changed to sustain cards.
Here is what I would change:
Unyielding old: Reduce the rate of Energy consumption while in Dragon Stance by {6|6}%.
Unyielding new: Gain {4|4}% dr during Dragon Stance
Wind's Embrace: Increase the heal for every 1 second during agility from {20|20}-->{50|50}
These are just suggestions. If they're too much, then Trigger Happy being 25% life steal would go a long way. Anything to help him self sustain without needing a fucking pocket up his ass. Plus something to help his other talents.
