Someone explain how unlocks works plz?

So I've reached lv 13 with Maeve. And I look at the victory poses and the mastery emotes. I should have unlocked a few. (The "poker-chip looking ones)
But they still have a white padlock on them. I tried going into the Store, under Items, but there's nothing there either.
My account lv is 18.What am I missing here? Why can't I unlock the mastery stuff? A little helpful info would be appreciated

you need to buy them.
when you reach a certain level, you unlock the mastery rewards for purchase, meaning you can spend gold to unlock them. Its only like 20k and 40k for the skins, nothing to bad.

yeah normally there's a "buy now" button or something like that, weird.
