About Ranked System.

I was playing Ranked Matches since when Paladins start Session 2. But now, with many problems with Session 3, very unbalanced matches, bad Match Making, and another problems that many of ours had in this game, I was thinking a better Ranked System.
A better Rank matches that I was thinking can be:
All players can ban 1 champion, like League of Legends (it will be 10 champions banned). Before 4 champions banned was enough, but now there are 41 champions and there are rumors that soon Paladins will have another champion. This means that players will need at least 21 unlocked champions, not 15 like now.
New players can not play Ranked Matches until his/her account reatches Level 30.
A better Mach Maker. It's not good that a Gold player teamed with Bronzes, or a Platinum player teamed with Silvers.
Perhaps a new Ranked System, more based for ELO, like Overwatch. It's not good that when one player was degraded to a division below with 70 TP, it seems that he/she has lost 30 TP in only one lost match and need to win three matches in row to return his/her former division.
A better win/lose TP system. In many matches, one or more players made AFK (leaves the match). If for example, one player leaves the match and not return, he/she can be penalized with more TP loses (or more Elo loses), while the rest of the team, can be compensated not receive at much TP loses.
Moved to Miscellaneous Feedback.

@jpg1975 You could have matches where there are no healers or flanks that are not banned....
1 tank left

Paladins has 44 champs now xd, and this isnt LoL, where there are over a 100 champs.
Ranked is really hard, a good comp is half the win, if u can play these champs good, well then it should be an ez win. People just need to be a bit more informed about how Paladins works.
Why is 2 tanks, 1 flank, 1 damage and 1 heal classic?
Flankers aren't supposed to win 1v1's that easy, they are supposed to mess with the backline by poking, when a flanker can't do this, it means that there is no space for the flanker to flank.
Off-tanks are supposed to create this space for flankers, they have a lot of health and can take lots of bullets, this means that they can push and clear space for a flanker to do his thing.
Point-tanks are, well, tanks who stand on the point, they gotta be able to take a lotta damage and mark their territory, like barik with his turrets, or inara with her warder's field.
Healers are supposed to heal and assist their teammates, positioning is really important for a healer, they can't take a lotta damage and they can't deal a lotta damage either, so they need to position themselves so that they don't stand in the fireline of a damager or flanker.
Also knowing counterpicks is pretty important, i can't stress enough how important it is to know that drogoz won't do much against an Androxus for example, and how grohk damage won't do anything on shattered desert.
My "noob" account is now L34. I'm still waiting 2:40s in the Q most of the time.
Look at the L26/L27 vs the L34 block - what a difference 8 levels makes.
No wonder there are so many "fake" diamonds and such. I think this shows that level 30 is the absolute minimum requirement to get the MM to work even somewhat reasonable.
Team account level averages going back in level.
