Can't log in. I've tried re-installing but it still won't work

When I launched paladins it wanted usernameme to put in a new username. I've tried using mine but it won't work. I've tried linking to my steam account but when I tried that it says the my steam account is already linked to another hi-rez account.

You can try un-linking the account that is already in use, in https://my.hirezstudios.com/linked-accounts. Then re-link after you logout, then login to your Steam account and link.

i dont have the unlink option

Log out and log in again using your Steam account. You will then check which account it is linked to Steam. Then unlink.
Or just send a support ticket.
