Connexion forbiden

My friends can't play paladins. When he launches Paladins, it's writing : "Connexion Interdit" (in French) so in English I think "Connexion forbidden". Do u have solutions ?

Be sure to run the game from the correct launcher or EAC will not allow the game to run.
