Pip needs to stun enemies

@roiwtto999 i think this is a great idea, it would just add quality of life when trying to heal through door ways and such.

I would prefer it didnt have a hit box at all and it only exploded when i acticvated it.
I just had a great idea, I think ... maybe, what do you all think about this.
Potion has no hit box, only activates on button press, a potion that is not activated does not incur a cool down.

That's busted for healing. You could burst double tanks for 2,300 with rejuvenate 3, not even counting people like Inara or Makoa who get increased healing. Plus you can comfortably heal the flanks for 750 a shot.
Mega Potion is fine as a talent. He just needs more cooldowns for that talent to reliably work.

Or you could play main healer with catalyst. That's after all the reason why mega-potion is not in the base kit.

@M3RC3N4RI0 mega potion is noy in the base kit because he would be the ultimate flanker... Thats why i added the reduced healing so he would still only be able to heal him self for 1k

Picking another talent should not mean you cant heal as a support.
If you pick focusing ying or stun furia you can still do a 100k in a short match but thisnis not true for pjp.

Furia is an exception. Other support are not as strong as dps as a catalyst pip.
