    WITNESS ME


    Dimitri, Great Chief of the Cyclops, Protector of the kin of Craglands, the nomadic barbarian peoples of the north.

    He rallied the cyclops together as defender of the of the common folk too feeble to stand against the changing world. But in standing his ground against the Magistrate, he lost it all, his people, his kingdom, even his sanity.

    Kept as a prisoner, a living trophy, he patiently waited alone, dwelling on his tortured memories of his fallen kingdom, he slowly unravelled his path of vengeance.

    Breaking free to rally an army against those who crushed his kingdom, he soon joined the resistance, appointing himself warchief to their battle efforts.


    PLAYSTYLE
    Close quarters multi foe suppressor, using primary and alt fire to arc and bounce damage to zone foes away from standing to close to each other, even around angles.
    Designed to supply damage until requiring defence, then activates a momentary dome barrier that deals area damage to foes within to act as a major deterrent vs dive due to a lack of burst mobility.
    Mobility is gained from deployment of a team speed buff totem that allows greater agility around terrain.
    When pressured the ult is a two state arc up move, first state providing temp DR and CC, second state being an near instant close quarters area silence field that lasts 2s.


    ABILITIES

    PRIMARY FIRE = THUNDER GUN
    "Crystal powered weapon of primal construction, sends lightning arcing to the nearest foe and another foe  close by."

    • Aim assisted energy beam, locks onto nearest hostile target within 50 units, switches target if target becomes untargetable.
    • Deals 450 direct damage over 1s sec.
    • Arcs to closest nearby hostile target within 15 units of primary target, dealing 150 direct damage per second.
    • Acts as weapon attack.
    • Cannot reload unless empty.

    Ammo: 80 (10 ticks per sec, 450 x 8s = 3600 damage per mag over 8s)
    Reload = 3s
    Recharges = 35 per sec after not attacking for 1s.

    ALTERNATE FIRE = LIGHTNING BOLT
    "A medium range lightning spike that bounces to an additonal target near the target hit.

    • Fires a hitscan lighting bolt, with a 120 unit max range, Deals 450 Direct Damage to primary target, bouncing to a neaby hostile target within 15 units, dealing 150 Direct Damage.
    • Acts as a weapon attack.
    • Does not impede primary attack.
    • Cannot fire while reloading.

    Q (Defensive) = STATIC BARRIER
    "From your weapon, channel a dome barrier around your person from, dealing area damage to foes within the area."

    • For 4s channel a 4k HP, 15 Unit radius Dome Shield from your person.
    • Locks out primary and alternate attacks for duration.
    • Reduce movespeed by 30% for duration.
    • Hostile targets within range and line of sight with take 450 area damage per second.
    • Acts as weapon attack.

    "Drop a crystal on the ground at your feet, it pulses to life in a violent shock, channeling its energy into nearby allies."

    • Drop a 1200 HP Storm Pylon (deployable totem) on the ground beneath your feet.
    • Friendly targets within a 25 unit radius (deployable) gain %20 increased movement speed for 1s (sustained within the area).
    • Retain %15 move speed for 3s after leaving the area.
    • Duration 6s.

    CD - 14s

    Only 2 may be active at once.

    E (Ult) = SHELLSHOCK
    "Enter a state of furious rage becoming a monument of will and endurance."

    • Gain 50%DR and CC immunity for 6s
    • THUNDER GUN has infinite ammo for duration.
    • Regenerate 200 HP per sec.
    • Ult resets to %40 if expires or user dies.
    • Cannot be cancelled, Primes another Ult ability (Shockwave) while active after a 2s lockout.

    • 1s Cast Animation, Cancels active channeled abilities.
    • Consumes all remaining ult charge.
    • Deals 800 area damage to all foes caught within a 20 unit radius from the position detonated.
    • Leave behind a 20 unit radius spherical zone that lasts 2s, continiously silences foes within range for 1s, dealing 200 area damage per sec to foes within the area.

    TALENTS

    ROLLING THUNDER

    • Increase the size of STATIC BARRIER by 10 units, when it expires it explodes dealing 300 area damage to hostile targets inside, slowing them by %30 for 2s.

    BERZERKER

    • Activating SHELLSHOCK Instantly restores %50 of your missing HP.
    • Charge rate increased by 40%.

    LODESTONE

    • Storm Plyon shocks nearest foe within line of sight, upto 80 units away, every 1s, dealing 150 damage, bouncing to a nearby hostile target within 15 units.
