At least for console players, as far as I know console players don't have a way to enter promotional codes for discounts on crystals. My goal is to collect skins of all the supports for my other account but 1200 crystals seem very expensive. Why can't console players get discounts on crystals or send gifts? If I'm wrong please feel free to correct me.
P.S.
You could make Victors skins cost a million crystals and I wouldn't care lol

Mostly skins for my supports, minus my Seris and Grohk, they're great. No it's my birthday in a week and I plan on getting skins for Furia, Corvus, Damba and hopefully Ying. The Ying skin tho at 1200, ouch lol
