Champions locked?

I entered into a round of ranked and when I loaded in all my Champions had been locked. I'm playing on PS4 and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem? To clarify I have bought the Champions pack in-store to unlock them all.

This happens once in a while. Sometimes you might have to restart the game or your PlayStation 4. If it lasts more than a day, send in a support ticket. There is a link in my signature.
