Account Support Ticket

So, I've been trying to acquire my information for another account I have so I can link it to steam. I submitted a ticket over a week ago with no reply, did it again a couple of days ago and again no reply. Submitted a third ticket today and hoping for the best but is there anything else I can do? All I really have is the account name but If I just get the email associated with it I can fix it all myself.
Is there anything I can do? Or am I forced to sacrifice the account.
Support usually replies within 14 business days.
