Cauterise not showing up on team healthbars
I have the setting on, people have caut but it isn't showing up, I've tried turning the setting off and then on but still nothing.
How do I fix it?

Cancelling magic barrier
The ability to cancel magic barrier would make moji significantly less predictable.
A health buff
2200hp > 2300hp
Her head hitbox is HUGE and I assume hit boxes will never change so I propose a buff of 100hp to compensate.
DR during scamper > DR for 3s After Scamper
She needs DR to compensate for low mobility and large hitbox.

I don't think another melee champion is needed on frontline, nevertheless everyone enjoys stance changing. It might be wise to change the weapon to something similar to a kurasigama of the sorts which is a melee chain weapon (still japanese) but can be thrown at least 4ft in front.
Changes for a stupid card (NUMBERS)
I propose that the card 'Crow's Nest' also shortens the fuse of Broadside by 0.4s per level but also decreasing broadside dmg by 120 per level. This will allow it to be a consistent, high skill movement ability. To balance this the knockback should be 125 per level instead of 100.
Broadside's damage per 3 at lvl 5 will be: 1020 not even enough to kill a evie, I believe this balances it out equally in a good ratio of skill:dmg
Optimal TTK LVL 5 BS: 3s (no change)
Scaling will be as follows:
Lvl: 0 1 2 3 4 5
Knockback: 0 > 500 > 625 > 750 > 875 > 1000
Broadside: 3s > 2.6s > 2.2s > 1.8s > 1.4s > 1s
Damage: 950 > 820 > 700 > 580 > 460 > 340
