    @Conrad_Max

I was born in 1959. I joined the military in 1993 and I retired after twenty years of service. I was kicked out of a country while into the second month of a six month deployment. That was funny. I've been gaming since the 1970s.

Conrad Max was born in 1973 - long before the internet.

I don't purchase skins for me to look at. I purchase skins for others to see.

This happens once in a while. Sometimes you might have to restart the game or your PlayStation 4. If it lasts more than a day, send in a support ticket. There is a link in my signature.

    • RE: Two Settings Options That Would Pseudo Solove This Issue With Paladins:

I don't find it difficult at all to ignore or tune out "toxic" players. Maybe I'm more interested in the game (and winning) rather than what people are saying?

Unfortunately, many teams do not communicate or work together.

And there you have your reason

I always communicate with my teams. I use a headset, keyboard and even the game's VGS system. Not all members will work together, but many do. And playing the game, win or lose, is more enjoyable.

And I am still opposed to a surrender option.

@crazypitzo, with good communication and a team working together, you can escape the spawn point and win. I've done it many times. Unfortunately, many teams do not communicate or work together.

I find the game as challenging as fun as the first time I played it years ago. If you don't, there are other games that may suit you.

@jocasela, surrendering because you are afraid of losing is selfish. You'd be more helpful to the people who want to play if you would simply quit a match - before it started or even during.

Don't mess up other people's games just because you fear the challenge.

      Be the better Champion.

    • RE: Let us surrender

I've said this before and I'll say it now and again in the future. Surrendering a match will interfere with some players trying to complete a challenge or earn an achievement. Some players may have a limited time for playing and may find either team continuously surrendering. And then some players may surrender for the express purpose of upsetting other players.

If anyone feels that a match may be too tough for them, just quit. Consider quitting as a way of surrendering. Having a surrender option will only create more pissed off players who may be trying to get three matches in before going to sleep. Surrendering may increase the wait time between matches before a more "suitable" match is found.

Personally, I would rather be playing multiple good/bad matches than wait for one that some players may vote to surrender (for fun or fear).

    • RE: Most flank champions are broken

Most Paladins players do not know how to play the game. Seriously, look at your team, look at the game play and look at the "discussions" on this forum. Many contributers (experts) want a character buffed while the same number of "experts" want the same character nerfed.

We are the balance. We are what it takes to make our teams win more consecutive, yet most contributers cannpt even agree with that.

I am the balance! I am the matchmaker!

      Fear yourselves.
