As the title says, there's no reason the enemy team in a game I just played should of won because we just wiped all 5 of them, they then spawned and the capture point appeared right on top of their heads and won, why is there no timer before it actually starts giving points? this way both teams can react to get to it and do what needs be done, it's bad enough that spawn locations are fairly random, but spawn locations on top of potential hill spawns? what?

King of the Hill, point spawn needs a timer before capping points begin
IO Lunar Leap and Skywalker cards needs a "fix"
What I'll never understand is the idea of how you can create a character and give them a skill and/or a card that can actually hinder more than it helps, making it a super situational skill to use, meanwhile other characters can just simply use it without any deciding factor outside of avoiding death.
IOs Lunar Leap, while good, has such a problem on some maps that you can end up cliffing your self by accident, and Skywaler while very helpful again, can end up being the reason you died as opposed to without it you wouldn't of launched your self off a cliff, and before anyone says anything, it's not something I'm doing all the time, it's a low occurance, but it's enough of one to warrant some thought.
As an idea, why not let the IO hold forward to stop the trajectory of her going backwards to avoid things like this happening at all? or is that too much to ask for and will that break her and make her the most OP champ in the game?
RE: Switch gyro aiming is awful
@a_a That's what I am doing, I've just came off of the switch with my pro controller and it still feels fairly awful, the exact same as when using the joycons, I feel no difference, I just wish it had the same movement pick up that the ps4 has, the difference is far to noticable when playing snipers or anyone with long range capability.
Switch gyro aiming is awful
I don't know if this is a nintendo thing, or a Paladins thing, but when I use gyro on the PS4 it's so incredibly smooth to aim with, it picks up every little movement adjustment that I do in which the difference between being able to snipe on the ps4 and the switch is like night and day.
The problem on the switch is that it doesn't pick up small adjustments, and then when you meet the minimal criteria for picking up movement, it can often "bug" out and still not fully detect where you're trying to aim, even trying to do medium distance aiming can be a mess in comparison, I really want to play this game on the switch just for the fun of gyro aiming (especially since ps4 doesn't have cross progression yet) and even the portability, but I just don't see the point when the switch joyocns are terrible for thumbstick aiming and the gyro aiming is essentially awful.
RE: why I don't play casual
I stopped playing siege casual just because of the constant hit or miss matchmaking that would happen, too many one sided stomps just kills the fun and makes it not worth the wait for a good match to come along, also accounting the fact of not having a tank on the team would really put a damper on things, so instead I just switched to playing onslaught and tdm all the time and I enjoy the game a lot more for it.
RE: July Happy Thread
I can actually connect to the forums now, which is already a big improvement over the previous forums. That's one reason to be happy, I guess?
Same, didn't seem to work for me on google chrome, yet for some reason it would work on internet explorer.
