@Vaporized Because it was trash idea that shouldn't be implemented because that makes salty teammates saying that you are bad and simply bought levels. They just realized that recently. I am glad they changed it but the harm was already done.
They really should listen to people before they introduce stupid ideas and bad design choices. Like the whole VGS 2.0 system which is inconvenient garbage that hurts veterans and gave nothing to newbies.
I get the problem with Willo for sure, she has good damage and the deadzone is an anti-fun factor in the game. I also get that it's hard for a Grohk to come through as a real healer, but I think it's pretty easy to solve: they don't want to buff his totems, because dmg grohk would be incredibly OP. The solution is the same as mega potion, make all of his totems heal more, go some crazy ways, because getting healed from one totem is the absolute worst. I would make this talent so that it would heal the ally for 10% of their max health initially, and then for 500/s, being okay, I would also extend the range of the totems by 10% or reduce the cooldown by 4s, this might sound broken, but believe me, it is just going to make him a viable pick, not an OP pick.
Buck is really a big problem, and it's hard to rework these champions as well, because they have a playerbase, even though they are off-meta.
And coming to Ruckus, I think hes 'okay' in the state where he is rn, but EM needs to make a choice here, make him a tank, or a flank. I would be happy with the second decision. Ruckus has good damage, good burst, nice mobility, good range and a lot of HP. With all this good going on for him, the damage reduction is just crazy overkill. Even though he has a rlly good kit, he lacks the burst being up a lot of the time, and having a card that reduces the cooldowns upon kills or elims, would make him so much fun. Not op though, paying attention to your HP, will make him be able to play as the bounce house buck.
I just think there are so many possible ways to make every champion viable, but evil mojo seems too scared to make creative decisions.
I want them to get buffs as well. Yet Evil Mojo want them to be out of the meta and never want to give them too many buffs. They're dragging their feet to buff Atlas, so I'm assuming he's the same way in that they don't want him to be meta. Not sure yet though.
They aren't worried about Grohk damage. They allowed Grohk damage to be op for so long. I personally don't think they care, and they finally gave it a nerf because everyone kept begging for it and they were already nerfing his heal anyway. I think they fear healer Grohk more than damage Grohk. His healing output was gutted. They want him to have his healing in small bursts that are spread out, not burst heals in an area. A lot of people might say he sucks, but he was a nightmare in a triple tank comp.
Look here. Totemic Ward Grohk before the nerfs.
They want to prevent games like this. Like I said, this wasn't even Spirit's Domain. I was forced to go Mother's Grace because Treacherous Ground would be useless here. Tyra could damage them, but after a while she kept getting killed by Pip.
Besides, there was only so much she could do.
my only nerf is reduce the dmg by 100 on Q and must not got on cooldown once its activate also nerf the heals on his 2 cards Bragging Rights and Test of Strength need a nerf cause this 2 cards cause it can give tiberius half HP regen if you can hit it or miss 3 chakram
Io - yeah. Willo - boo. Willo is the only dps I really have fun to play atm, even more than Dredge. She can steamroll other teams with her ult. Escape the flanks. Blow up death balling teams. Counter double support. Always fun to play except vs pro-gamer snipers.
About Strix. The problem with tierlists is where to place situational champs. A high tier champ should work on every map so it makes sense to place snipers lower.
The list looks very good now. Not many champs where I would say misplaced, like at the beginning, with Io low tier and Damba high tier. Only champs I see as misplaced in this list are Willo and Moji.
Quick stats check. Io has reached 61%(!) winrate at Platinum. Insane. They buffed the 2nd best support while they nerfed the best one. Oh, and 63% winrate on Diamond, rofl. Hirez balancing at it's best. Furia who is still number two has 53%. BK is still the King of damage at Platinum. Lex is in the statistic where he is in the list. Buff the guy Hirez, give us the air slide. The worst champ of all is Atlas (41%) the never winning miracle with the high tech gun.
About Dredge. He is useless against airborne champs therefor Lower Mid is a valid placement. If the other team has just pedestrians he has better chances, also against flanks. After all he can shoot at the flank, teleport away, and the flanks remains with half HP at exposed position.
I'm not sure if I misunderstood something or you want to reduce Cauterize to 60% at max and increase Rejuvenate to 24% at max, so people would heal by 64% of the base healing when both items are at level 3 (100-60=40; 40+24=64).
If that's correct, I say "Nope".
@Dusklicious i did concider every thing you said and i think they are horrible ideas for Koa. Koa is trash right now becasue his shield sucks unless you take a talent. His damage was nerfed way to hard. I mean he can be played but i could still play ash when everyone said she was a complete throw pick so that doest mean they are good.
Khans damage is in line with all the other tanks. They should add the 10 rounds back to storm. Having it reduce your damage with mo round count increase just makes it bad.
They could just replace the hook cool doen card with my version... No one is using 5 points for 2.5 seconds off a 15 second skill. Complete shit card at this point.
They should increase is shell spin damage to 400 and put shell shield in base kit.
@Dusklicious Wait, who is our barik? The friend or the enemy?
It's a sort of complicated thing. He and his dwarves are very isolated from the outside and have a mistrust of outside people. But at the same time, they do see other dwarves as friends as long as they don't betray that. Very speciesist against non-dwarves, particularly elves and goblins.
Ive got maeve at lvl 52, and im currently maining andro.
I gotta admit, maeve is pretty strong and thats the reason why I stopped playing her, though I feel like maeve actually requires a rlly good amount of skill: you need to be aware of your surroundings and how to aim with a quick flick after you just pounced, a good maeve will be pounceing the whole game, which will require a lotta skill.
Evie doesnt need good aim, its awareness of where your enemies are and where you will be when you teleport, thats the reason why shes hard, you need to be able to actually have really good orientation in short amounts of time, she needs different kind of skill than the other champions.
Andro on the other hand has good burst indeed, but his dropoff is insane and u should see the small hitboxes on his bullets. Andro probably has got the highest skill cap in the whole game, cause it has three dashes, like maeves pounce, so you need to quickly flickshot to your enemy in a really short time.
Hope this changed your mind
I pretty much liked all of your changes to items except the one you made to invisibility. I liked it at first but now that I think about it Im against it atleast for now. I see alot of problems with the new mechanic like when EM made their last balance changes to stealth, they made it so that hitting shots at them would show dmg numbers while invisible. If they have good awareness they can track you down much easily unless that change to dmg numbers gets reverted. Skye as a flank was meant to counter Kinessa but with this change She will just become one of Skye's possible counters even if the stealth change EM made gets reverted especially with the mobility Kinessa has(and she may see u long range with scope) while Skye doesnt have any of that or enough speed to compensate. It will also make her Preparation talent useless. Maybe make it so that her stealth in smoke bomb cant be seen in any way while moving. Sha lin ultimate is going to be gutted with this change since you have to move frequently to make use of it and dont forget dealing dmg pops numbers on stealthed players. The champs may need a buff on top of all this.
About stealth in general, people never complained about it really, they mostly complained about illuminate being too strong against it. If the change goes live Skye would need a heavy speed buff in her base kit with stealth. For Sha Lin, a champ I dont play, I would suggest making his stealth during his ultimate specifically completely ignore your changes but make it so that he is revealed when charging his bow instead of while firing if illuminate is removed. The invisibility changes feel like it will bring more harm than good imo but if you can convince me the change to invisibility is good then ill vote for it. The other item changes are pretty good to me.
I don't get the drastic damage Grohk changes. The buffs you proposed won't really make him broken. Although I do think that he would need even more to be viable. I think the two healing talents should be put together in a balanced way so that you don't loose the ability to heal flanks. Plus, then we get tank Grohk back with Wraith.
Rampant Blooming is such an unnecessary talent tbh. If anything he should gain a third source of healing like Ying. For example, hits with the Crippling Throw could heal allies close to the enemy that got hit by it. But then again you run the risk of deathball meta when it's a good talent.
Wraith hasn't been in the game since Beta what are you talking about... The changes are highly necessary, so people will actually consider playing him as an actual healer again for the first time in actual years. The changes are geared towards that goal in mind. Plus, do you really think that Maelstrom should always be the only viable talent?
I'd rather run the risk of deathball comps once in a while popping up than run the risk of having a talent that actually has no reason to be picked whatsoever.
