Please make him upper mid-tier.
There's a mechanic called diminishing returns which means that the more of the effect you stack, the less powerful it gets.
The formula for that is:
x = total attribute bonus
m = highest single attribute bonus
y = final diminished value
y = m+(.95-m)*((x-m)/((x-.3)+.8))
Atleast 2 years ago, I made a thread about calculating the height of the champions using Grover's height from Smite as a base. But I was obviously off since that Grover has a different height.
Fortunately, u/tren1ty had contacted EvilMojoNeco recently about height and got an official answer of Viktor being 5'9"
Thanks to this, I can finally get a proper height for the champs I did before as well as the new champs that were added within that 2 year gap. (In addition to new emotes that make the champs more straight)
It was a bit more painful because /togglehud is no longer a thing but I managed to make do. With that, using Viktor as a measuring stick, here are the heights of the champs as of Tigron's Tale.

@Crashstyler33 You mean the vault key system? It should cost about 1200 crystals (or 1800 if you bought each bundle individually for some reason). You can also choose any skin you want. It's not anywhere near the 2400+ you mentioned.
Also, there is never a "last chance" to get a skin if it's not listed as "limited." It will always appear later, I learned that the hard way with Angelic Seris.
Raeve Maeve costed exactly 500 crystals in the old vip system. She costs like 7$ + 2 weeks of waiting.
I don't know how you invested over 2400 gems on the skin. Heck, you can get her in the deal of the day for exactly 7$.
I think you're just misremembering things. The only thing I can think off that costs that many gems from back then is Angelic Seris.
One of the main things that could get a thread that initially passes the constructiveness test closed is if it descends into a mindless argument.
@taikonaut Your current behavior is fine, the problem here is that the people on your thread could provoke you. The best course of action is to keep your cool and ignore.
If you see a thread going out of control, contact a moderator before it gets too out of control if you want the thread to be salvaged.
Min Smooth Frame Rate basically checks if your frame rate goes below that threshold. If it does, it will lower your max frame rate automatically. Or atleast that's what it says in Unreal Engine's documentation.
While the battlepass booster itself will only boost battlepass exp only.
There is the passive boost that comes with buying the battlepass which results in 50% more exp for bp, champions and player account starting at level 1 which should become a 100% boost towards the end of the battlepass.
Like several others have said, Fernando has been nerfed and he's in a bad spot. He's not bad in the sense that he's a throw pick like Ruckus, he's just not the same and there are better options.
But anyways, the Jenos patch is a long time ago, so you haven't exactly missed much in the sense that you skipped a whole lot so now Fernando's build is mostly the same as his ob55 one.
One difference is that you'll notice that Brand now heals Fernando everytime he hits a fireball meaning that Fernando has some proper healing now that is readily available. But this comes at a price since now Fernando no longer has built-in cauterize, but then again, most of the champions don't anymore.
Unfortunately, Last Stand has been nerfed several times so you should definitely remove that from your loadout, it is beyond crap.
Launch is not as powerful as it was before so you should keep it at only level 2.
Incinerate is still a must have at level 3+.
Hot Pursuit is now worse than Running Start so you shouldn't keep that card anymore either.
You'll definitely need some hp cards now since Fernando is not as tanky as he used to be.
His charge knockback card has been greatly buffed, so you can use it as a filler now.
All in all, that's all I can think of really. I'm have no idea what your playstyle is nor what your current deck is so I can only provide general tips, if you want to go more in-depth, feel free to ask!
@TangAce Bot matches actually give the same amount of exp as normal matches. They just end faster which results in less hp per match. But since you'll be triggering the 15k victory bonus (100% winrate most of the time in addition to more matches) a whole lot more often and the fact that you don't need to wait in the queue, it's a lot faster in the long run.
Now that we have a new forum that EvilMojo actually advertised on their twitter. We might be getting some new users who aren't familiar with the rules for constructive feedback, so we ported the guidelines here.
A lot of people seem not to be aware of the discerning line between useful and useless feedback when it comes to balancing, so here's a reasonably short guideline on how to make good feedback. Please note, non-constructive feedback is ignored by EvilMojo, so we're better off closer non-constructive threads than letting them stay open.
First things first:
Now, some hints and tips:
1 - Don't overthink. Simply organize your reasoning, your arguments and your explanation.
2 - Don't rush, however, find the balance.
3 - Personal experience helps, but isn't a determining factor. If your experience was the key determination, you’d be on top3 in world rankings, which you are not.
4 - Check for repeated threads. If someone else posted about the same champion, posts will be merged.
5 - Please, OH PLEASE, be sure to have played said champion until mastery 15. Don't get a mastery 1 champion, try it on ranked matches then ask for a buff because you got wrecked.
6 - Be unbiased. Don't ask for a nerf for a specific flank because you play damage and you are getting preyed by it, for instance. It's not constructive nor helpful at all to say "Nerf Skye because she's killing me all the time".
7 - Make sure you have knowledge about the champion. Complaining that Terminus is too strong at melee range, which he was designed to be, is the same of leaving a blank post. Please be sure not to complain that a character is good on what it was exactly meant to be good at.
8 - Please consider win rate of said character. It's one of the determining factors about balance changes.
9 – Don’t think about YOURSELF when posting. Think about everyone else.
10 – Balancing a character requires it compared with the entire roster, and that process isn’t simple, so the answer isn’t simple as well. No, you don’t know more than the developers of the game, so you are not stating the obvious here. Get some good arguments, please.
1 - "Lex is OP. He's wrecking my team all the time" - This isn't stating that Lex is unbalanced, you are simply asking a character to be changed because YOU can't counterplay it.
2 - "Nerf/Buff X". Game developers don't use this expression at all. They simply use the expression 'balance'. When you ask for a nerf/buff you simply want to play that character better or you want to not be disrupted by said champion when they are on the enemy team. The game will not be adjusted to your whims, that's just the cold bitter reality.
3 - “Terminus is too strong. NERF!”. Not an argument. Make a thread like this and it will be closed.
4 – “Counter is too powerful, there’s nothing I can do about it”. Again, you are just explaining your skill, not really showing anything about the skill you are mentioning.
5 – “Reversal needs to be improved because it’s not killing the enemies”. There are cases where Androxus killed a Terminus the moment he ulted, so this is really not helping at all.
1 – “Ruckus is practically a free win to the team, look at his winrate on those charts”. Excellent addition. You are showing how a character affects the entire playerbase, which means that you are thinking about everyone, not yourself. Keep it like that.
2 – “Torvald’s DPS is too high, his priority pick in relation to all other front-lines is too high, he can do the same as the others but betters”. Good, you have raised a good discussion. Even if it turns out not to be true, we have at least something to consider in here, yes.
3 – “Pip's support skills are very lacking, he is fits better as a damage”. Well, EvilMojo did state they want some classes to feel like hybrids, but Pip would primordially be a support, so this can be considered constructive.
4 - “Khan is already tanky in the first place, his firing line talent makes his damage too high for his role". Another good one, you are pointing out an imbalance. You are explaining that a frontline can act as a frontline, not in the hybrid aspect, but as if he was solely a damage.
5 – “Lex’s minimum accuracy makes all his skills obsolete, you can just spam LMB on an enemy”. From the moment a character has a skill that is completely obsolete, like Androxus’ old Defiance, then balance has a problem. All skills must find a good moment to use, even if they are situational. When a character has only one strategy or one skill that renders all further options fully obsolete, that must be looked into.
Keep in mind that the objective of this ‘manual’ is NOT to restrain people from posting, but to HELP people make more constructive posts so the game can be balanced more efficiently. Remember: the balance team does not listen to non-constructive threads, so it’ll be better to have 100 influencing threads than 10,000 ignored threads.
