Be sure to run the game from the correct launcher or EAC will not allow the game to run.
Do you have any more information? Screenshots may help.

    • RE: Mixer points

You have to watch streams, on Mixer.com, that have the Mixer Loot icon.
      E.g., https://mixer.com/PaladinsGame
      You'll get 1 point per 12 minutes.

You can find the points in your viewer Store screen in-game, and you'll get a notification about the points you've earned. Sometimes, they don't show up until you logout and come back to the game.

Link your Mixer, Steam, or Epic account to your Hi-Res Linked accounts.
      https://my.hirezstudios.com/linked-accounts

If you have your Epic account linked, you'll see a hash signature, below the Epic Logo, at the hyperlink above.
Doing so, you'll be able to offer people Mixer Loot points on your own stream also.

    • RE: Can't open the game because of easy anti cheat

Be sure your installation of EAC is located on your C drive

I would reinstall EAC and all the Visual C++ files. Restart.

If you have the Steam version of Paladins, browse to:
Steam\steamapps\common\Paladins\Binaries\EasyAntiCheat and run the EAC setup. Try the Repair Service / Uninstall from here.

You may need to restart your computer after the installation or after any updates.

      You can also try:

      https://www.computerbase.de/downloads/systemtools/all-in-o
(the orange Download button (397 MB))

      Download a registry cleaner. WRCFree
      https://wise-registry-cleaner.en.softonic.com/download#

      Run the DISM command
Go to Start > launch Command Prompt as Administrator
      Type: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
      Hit Enter

Glad to see you got the driver updated.

      (1):
Be sure you don't have any extra processes running. e.g., Skpe. Check your task manager and/ or go to your control panel and disable background apps, (Control Panel -> search Background Apps) switch them all off. Then Reboot.

There's a few more things to try. Try game after a reboot between each step.

The current Intel driver has a release date of 3/25/2020.

Your picture doesn't appear to be under the Display adapters in Device Manager.
Please try again, but go to Display adapter and repeat step (3) and select Intel 620.

Show a picture of your device manager and expand your Display adapter.
Also a picture of your Driver Tab of the Properties.

Be sure you have the current Steam version. Make sure it's not the Beta.

You want to try and disable the Steam Overlay, and report back.

In Steam, go to -> Library -> (right click the desired game) Properties
Under the General Tab -> (Uncheck) Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game.

You can also close Steam and rename GameOverlayRenderer64.dll to something else.

      Do you use MSI Afterburner?
      Close any software not needed.

      What is your CPU temperature?
Open task manager, Check your CPU clock speed to be sure it's not throttling down.

Monitor your Disk and GPU usage. Go to Performance Tab, at the bottom Resource Manager. Go to CPU and Disk. Check Paladins.exe. Look for abnormal usage values.

@Wolffenblitz said in Crash at the start of most games:

@jhaglund Thanks, I'll check this out. Though I'm not having issues with multi-kills.
I see you've had two posts, one of them saying you've been experiencing crashing yourself with multi-kills. Can't help but think you just want me to do some work for you but I'll check out ProcMon and see if I can debug this, if that's what ProcMon does.

This will help me gather information by getting a control environment, with people that have issues in one area, but not the next, but also establish your health of the game. It gathers a lot of things (multi-million), so we need to start small and work to system-wide. This should discover something.

You can shorten your efforts to just the area of the game that isn't working, by shifting the capture phase to prior, to just opening the game, to when you see problems. Just be sure to erase capture before you start to reduce event log.

      Thanks
