Seraphine, With Stars in her eyes
(I'll be creating concepts of characters from other games and morph them into this game, with passives and new abilities inspired by the characters abilities.)

Inspiration(Passive): Every third cast of an ability (Including Primary Fire) will shield all allies in 850 units, the shield lasts 10 seconds and has a health of 100 and adds a note to them. But all buffs you give cannot be stacked with any other buffs
Vocal Projection(Primary Fire): Project your voice in a 95 unit radius around you, activating in a Light(400), Light(450), Heavy(550) Pattern and each Light and Heavy attack will Slow (1.5 seconds) and Stun (0.5 seconds) respectively all enemies in your Line Of Sight
Surround Sound(Secondary Fire): Cast a 500 health shield to all allies within 100 units, if an ally has a note, they will be healed for 10% health per note on an ally.
Shattering Echo(First Ability): Project a soundwave which rides on every wall it contacts within a straight line if it collides with an enemy, shield or deployable it affects it in different ways: if contacts with a shield, it'll silence (0.85 seconds) all enemies behind that shield if it contacts with a deployable, it will now affect your team positively for 5 seconds (I.E. if you hit an Illusion, it will now heal your team instead of the enemy) if it contacts with an enemy, all hit targets will be cripple for a second
Motivation(Second Ability): Motivate all allies within 50 units, healing them for 100 a second for 8 seconds, shielding them for 200 health and increasing their movement speed by 15%% per note for 5 seconds, but you decay all notes and cause you to nulify your passive for 7 seconds.
Stared Eyes(Ultimate): After Channeling for 3 seconds, let out a jaw-dropping melody, all champions in your line of sight are marked after the channel, marked enemies are silenced and marked Allies are shielded for 1000 health for 5 seconds as well as a 30% movement speed for 6 seconds, but after channelling, you yourself are silenced for 10 seconds and lose 45% of your health from exhaustion
N.B All her Buffs are also shared with seraphine, allowing her flank side to shine, with easy traversing and a "taxi" mechanic like Lucio from overwatch to help allies come back faster even not as necessary as mounts are a thing

The legacy skin is a skin based on fanmade champion art or skin concepts, Io's skin will be the Yyair champ concept
The Recollected skin is Io but more designed after Jupiter Io

RE: Io Reimagination (I guess)

(Level 1) When casting an ability, gain 85% less gravity, and if you have Luna currently attached, you gain 95% less gravity and gain 5% more attack speed
(Level 5) Luna can now heal for 15% of her target's health and all healing Luna receives and casts is projected in a 200 unit radius, but both Luan and her abilities effectiveness is based on how little amount of moonlight and little bit amount of health you currently have.
(level 10) All healing targets of Io receive a 15% damage buff While those healed by Luna receive 10%damage reduction if Io is attacked by an enemy, Luna decays 400 health and adds a poison effect onto the enemy hit, dealing 10% damage over 8 seconds
Io Reimagination (I guess)

Gaurdian Spirit(Passive): Luna is a spirit which is attached to Io, assisting in healing allies, stunning flanks and dealing damage. Luna has 2500 health, Luna can only be damaged once Io falls below 50% health. Luna will damage the last enemy hit by Io, following a pattern of Light(160), Medium(260), Heavy(360). if a player that Io has healed atmost 5 seconds ago falls below 45% health, Luna will dash towards that ally, healing them for 5% health, Ignoring Cauterize, then return to Io. Luna can be damaged during the action.
Moonlight Bow(Primary Fire): A Semi-automatic Lunar Bow constructed by the deity, Wekono when Io was only a century old. This bow has two types of shooting:
Light Shard: Tap your Primary Fire Button in order to project light into a crystal shard every 0.6 seconds, dealing 400 damage to a hit target, the projectile fires in a straight line without any falloff.
Shatter Arrow: Charge an arrow that can travel up to 800 units, if this arrow hits an enemy, the enemy is slowed and marked, if Io hits two more arrows, Luna will perform Rush, stunning the marked enemy for 2 seconds, consuming 4 arrows
Moonlight(Alternative Fire): Channel a resource called Moonlight, healing the targeted ally for 150 per tick, each tick occurs every 0.15 seconds.
Spirit Detachment(First ABility): After channelling for a second, Luan will spawn towards a marked location for 10 seconds, gaining a 2000 health shield for 10 seconds after casting.
Lunar Leap(Second Aility): Channel power towards you legs for 0.2 seconds and leap backwards, leaving a trail of moonlight, decaying 5% of your moonlight,
Bold Faith(Ultimate): Channel out 7 Moonlight Kitsunes, after channelling the ultimate,50% of your moonlight is drained as well as 5% of your health is decayed, these kitsunes last almost 10 seconds (2 Pink,2 Cyan,2 Purple & a Golden Kitsune are sent out)
Pink Kitsune(2500)- kitsunes that heal (150 per seconds) allies in an area which causes allies in a 200 units range of pink kitsunes to not fall below 25% health between 2-second intervals
Cyan Kitsune(3000)- kitsunes that rush enemies, dealing 1000 damage after rushing, an internal cooldown of 10 seconds is set for the Rush, after rushing 2 times, that fox will wither
Purple(Health-2200)- kitsunes that stick in the backline, sending projectiles to champions insight, exploding in a 10 unit radius, dealing 700 damage.
Golden(Health-2200 Sheild-3300)- a kitsune that chases enemies, if the kitsune reaches melee range of a random target,, they reveal,silence,slow and stun the hit target for 3 second, and withers away,
RE: New Champion Passives
Ima suggest some changes to these passives to the ones I find OP, Useless or not unique:
Furia: Angel of Vengence Every time you heal for 10% of their maximum health of an ally, gain a 20% of your wraith, this buff will increase your attack speed by 5% for each their, up to a total 25% attack speed if you each their 5
Khan: Unyielding Primus increase the total healing you receive based on missing health if your shield shatters, with a maximum of 30% and a minimum of 10%
Lian: Elegance when you assist or eliminate an enemy, gain 5% ultimate charge
Tiberius Daredevil Gain 30% Movement speed after being affected by CC
Viktor *Veterancy When affected by movement speed for 2 seconds, convert 50% of your movement speed into a shield which shields a per cent your current health
Vivian Cunning Sights if an enemy is revealed, disturb 15% of all healing and shields for 2 seconds
Jenos Reimagination (I guess)
This is a little thing I've been thinking of for a while, hopefully, nothing is too broken, if so, please tell me! Now one to the actual concept!
Jenos was birthed into a hybrid family of both Ska'drin and Goblin, his kind would normally never be left alive especially after all that the goblin race has done, but after an ancient ritual performed by the Ska'drin to decide how worthy each baby was or to see how sickly they may be in life. His family would be blessed with fortune as Jenos was a special child. This child was blessed by the Goddess Io to be ascended. These ascended would have to be the most careful with both physical and mental health, as they are the most vulnerable of the tribe and the only reason they haven't been absolutely destroyed by the goblin blitz of the tribes, therefore all the ascended of each generation would be heavily guarded, and a previous ascended added a specific rule: All allies of the ascended will also be heavily guarded, this caused Jenos's life to be filled with fake-friends who only befriended him for protection. He grew cold. He expresses his wraith into his allies instead of himself as his mother's final words: "Ska'dakale Shi Na'Malee Lu'lumen Ga Lu'nakula, Ska'drin nen No'midara Desk-" (Stay pure, don't let your trauma fuel fury, use it to change othe-) and as of Ska'drin tradition, honour those who have passed.

Nova(Passive): Every time you heal an ally, you gain a Nova Charge, you can hold a maximum of 3 charges, each charge buffs each of your abilities. Each charge can only exist for 30 seconds before expiring.
Luminary Blast(Primary Fire): Channels the power of a nova star into a white hole that blasts projectiles in a cone, dealing 108 damage every 0.13s.
Astral Mark(Secondary Fire): Mark an ally to gain a buff based on your current amount of Nova Charges:
0 Charges: Mark an ally to receive a burst of 200 health, followed by a 100 health heal every second for 10 seconds.
1 Charge: Mark an Ally to receive the previous heal as well as a 10% increase in Damage and a 5% Lifesteal Buff for the duration of your mark
2 Charges: Mark an ally with a 15% Damage, a 5% movement speed, a 45% Lifesteal buff and a 5% Cooldown Reduction Buff for the duration of the mark
3 Charges: Mark an ally to receive the following buffs:
- 100% Cooldown Reduction for 1 second
- CC Immunity for 2 seconds
- 50% Lifesteal for 10 seconds
- 20% Damage Increase for 2 seconds
Xayah Eclipse(First ABility): Send your Guardian Spirit, Xayah, to a defined area. Xayah lifts all enemies in the area and Jenos can pick a specific enemy to keep them up in the air for 3 seconds, dealing a total of 350 damage over the duration of the ability.
Cosmic Winds(Second Ability): Gain Movement Utilities for 12 seconds and can be recast to cancel it and is also affected by X-bouncing (Wall jumping). This ability consumes the number of charges you currently have
1 Charge: Gain 45% Less Gravity, 10% Movement Speed and 25% Jump Height
2 Charges: Gain 70% Less Gravity, 25% Movement Speed and 30% Jump Height
3 Charges: Gain 80% less Gravity, 25% Movement Speed, 45% Jump height and 15% CC Reduction
Super Nova(Ultimate): Charge a global beam that slows and executes all enemies caught inside the beam
Jenos is known as a buffer with his Luminary talent, and in that sense is meta, so I but more emphasis on the buffs themselves, Extra Info will be below

- A Mark slowly grows, which increases the power of the wisp

For some reason, whenever I try and bind my second ability, it always sticks to the last binding I had.
I.e. when I try and bind my lunar leaps on Io to Q, it always recognizes the input to use lunar leap as F instead of Q, but still shows me that the input to use lunar leap is Q.
Is this me or do other people experience this?
