@AYYDIMITRI Her smoke bomb and its blind effect fits pretty well with her invisibility as a flank in my eyes but now that I think about it your not wrong at all about it often being used as a damage ability but still it does fill a niche which flanks should have. Id suggest bringing back the old smoke bomb but with a drawback where if Skye is outside the smoke for over 2s the smoke will disappear unless she re-enters the ability within that time frame while having the ability last for upto 5s or a bit more at max. I think this would discourage players to use it as a damage ability instead of a flank ability. The healing version of smoke and dagger should just be replaced by either surprise attack or a new talent.

@HeartQueen Looking at your post, it looks like as if you ignored half of what @Bluesky said. We are asking for hi-rez to let her smoke blind people again(which was situationally a decent escape option for her as a flank like i said in my previous post) and to replace that debilitate bullshit with smoke and dagger and a new talent/surprise attack. Her %HP dmg over 4s is perfectly balanced letting her flank low hp tanks instead of outright shredding their hp unless you are confusing Skye with Debilitate. As it seems he also said that flanks dont have as much mobility as they used to, so bringing back the entirety of old skye along with how much mobility she had in her cards will make her viable becuz of how lower mobility is right now with most of the champs in the current patch.

@HeartQueen Thats simply becuz the majority of Skye mains(including myself) dont want her kit to be reworked. Her smoke screen used to blind players
which was pretty useful and the only form of counter-play she had to illuminate so it wasnt redundant before until it got reworked. Her poison bolts is a good form of utility that allows her to flank weakened tanks which is one of the redeeming factors of her lower mobility. It might be a different case with Debilitate but its a bad design of a talent anyways and should not exist. Poison bolts are perfectly balanced without that annoying talent. The best way to balance her without reworking her kit is to replace debilitate and bring back the old smoke and dagger Legendary(and bring back surprise attack or a new talent). It was a good flank playstyle for her and was well designed with her kit. Smoke screen should blind people again because, while it was not perfect, it allowed her to mitigate burst to a certain degree(e.g- Its a bad idea for Lian to waste her Q when Skye is in her smoke cuz she doesnt know where she EXACTLY is) and was situationally a decent escape option as well. Most other flanks had ways to mitigate burst like koga dash, evie ice block, maeve pounce/hyper-mobility etc. These changes will help restore her flank identity and encourage players to use her as a proper flank and not a dmg dealer. Its not perfect but its a good first step towards her balance WITHOUT needing a kit rework cuz most of us Skye mains dont want her to be balanced by a rework instead of looking for ways to make her viable with the kit she had for over 3 YEARS.

@puellamagi11 I pretty much agree with everything you said about Skye. I just want to add a couple of things I want to see happen ingame along with your changes. They should bring back her 15% dmg amp on poison bolts but have it not stack with debilitate. Since Preparation only reset CDs on kills, her dmg while being ok is just a tad bit underwhelming to try confirming the kill cuz losing the kill to an ally will just get you killed or deny you your resets which could have been useful to stalk another player while stealthed. The buff wouldnt be overkill cuz it would not stack with debilitate. They can also revert the nerf to Preparation so that she doesnt get punished for allies stealing her kills and snowball around the fight. Before Prep got nerfed her weapon did more dmg around 140-150 and now that it got nerfed reverting the nerf to elims and giving her dmg amp as well wouldnt be too much considering she has an item to counter her invisibility at closerange. Either one of these changes would do alot if both of the changes seem a bit op for other players altogether. Her Victory rush card could use a slight buff to duration or speed since its nerf hurt a part of her mobility in bigger maps.

I pretty much liked all of your changes to items except the one you made to invisibility. I liked it at first but now that I think about it Im against it atleast for now. I see alot of problems with the new mechanic like when EM made their last balance changes to stealth, they made it so that hitting shots at them would show dmg numbers while invisible. If they have good awareness they can track you down much easily unless that change to dmg numbers gets reverted. Skye as a flank was meant to counter Kinessa but with this change She will just become one of Skye's possible counters even if the stealth change EM made gets reverted especially with the mobility Kinessa has(and she may see u long range with scope) while Skye doesnt have any of that or enough speed to compensate. It will also make her Preparation talent useless. Maybe make it so that her stealth in smoke bomb cant be seen in any way while moving. Sha lin ultimate is going to be gutted with this change since you have to move frequently to make use of it and dont forget dealing dmg pops numbers on stealthed players. The champs may need a buff on top of all this.
About stealth in general, people never complained about it really, they mostly complained about illuminate being too strong against it. If the change goes live Skye would need a heavy speed buff in her base kit with stealth. For Sha Lin, a champ I dont play, I would suggest making his stealth during his ultimate specifically completely ignore your changes but make it so that he is revealed when charging his bow instead of while firing if illuminate is removed. The invisibility changes feel like it will bring more harm than good imo but if you can convince me the change to invisibility is good then ill vote for it. The other item changes are pretty good to me.
RE: my opinion on Furia season 3 change.
@KicsitCsicska Light Forge was always picked becuz cherish was always picked and that loadout card card was hardly used when using a solar blessing build so it was never op+ the cooldown reduction was like 1.25s instead of 2.5s like seris and her previous soul forge card so it was balanced enough. Furia might need a 1s reduction on the cherish talent becuz of how Solar Blessing seems to be infinitely better with the 40% slow buff.
EDIT: although i think they did it to compensate her aggressiveness it does feel like a big change so i guess we will find out when the patch goes live.

Imo the patch notes are like 50-50. Alot of the changes are good but there are so many changes which was rlly bad. Other than the shield nerfs, I want to list down why I dont like how they nerfed champs like Ying(her BASE healing got nerfed from 420 to 380 in pts), Furia, Raum, Skye and Strix.
-Ying: Her base healing was bad anyways but they still nerfed it to 380 while they nerfed LE to 700 which is ok. The base healing needs to be buffed or reverted to 420 and maybe have LE nerfed more to compensate.
-Furia: Her card rework to Light Forge is a bit much cuz it makes Cherish nearly terrible. They could buff the 25% additional heals to 35%-ish to make it nearly as good as Solar Blessing. I guess Cherish still works but it might need a buff in the future.
-Raum: Raum is incredibly hard-countered by CC and his weapon had alot of falloff at range so the nerf to the base weapon and his card doesnt make sense cuz it was never strong and he is pretty much mid-tier.
-Skye: She got a hard nerf without any buff to compensate. All of her cards with dmg and flanking capabilities got nerfed. Her strongest movement speed card Victory Rush got its duration nerfed by HALF(8s->4s). The illuminate nerf helps a bit but it still doesnt make up for the nerfs she got to her flank talents(Both flank talents including even Preparation is still good with the right builds but it all comes down to the player rlly). But I love her Smoke & Dagger change with the move speed and ammo regen benefit to allies. She can still have flanking capabilities with this talent and it might get a push in high tiers.
-Strix: His pistol nerfs were rlly unnecessary. Although it was rlly strong it was pretty much the most balanced part of his kit. UU needs a bigger nerf tbh cuz the 2 shot combo is still busted. It should get outright nerfed to 250% or anything at all to give players a bit more time to sustain the burst with healing in loadouts or enough time for the support to focus heals on you.
All the nerfs aside I dont like how they buffed Maeve when she's already the best flank in the game. These are just about all the changes I dont like about season 3. Most of the other changes like for example, the nerf to Atlas and the buff to Lian's Precision are pretty good. There are still alot of champs or cards that need to be adjusted like Vivian's "Nowhere to Hide" card. Its heavily busted and is only ever used at lvl 4-5 against Skye players and needs to be nerfed by half. Its only ever used against 1 champion and is really unhealthy for that situation.

IMO she could use an energy based stealth mechanic similar to strix but skyes stealth will not be consumed when standing still. Her smoke and dagger talent could be changed to slowly refill her stealth bar when standing still and debilitate should be nerfed to compensated the added stealth.
Rework ideas aside, illuminate is going to nerfed and smoke and dagger is gonna be reworked again so lets just wait until season 3 comes out cuz skye can still flank well in her current state in the hands of one-tricks and the next update might make her much better without changing her playstyle like JayFlare said in his AoC meeting videos.
RE: Strix's Mobility pls buff
@Dusklicious I use this card on my main build at lvl 3 actually cuz it helps me reposition faster or get me in the fight faster and helps me outrun flanks more consistently. Headstrong isnt bad but i personally dont use it much cuz i use open season as filler instead.
Her mines do suck and could use more dmg cuz they are really close to be on par with barik turrets. Her DPS with charge time and all is almost 40% slower than strix. Thats also not her biggest issue. Her Mines need better utility. Id personally give a chunk of that to her TP as well. Maybe have her F deal 500 dmg to players close to her when fully cast cuz it wouldnt make her strong against flanks directly and she shouldnt be good against them. This is my opinion anyways.
EDIT: A direct buff to her mines is pretty much all she needs+ she could use the barik treatment and maybe have like 20% of Beam me up bonus moved to her base kit.
