RE: Let us surrender
@SomeGuySomeWhere said in Let us surrender:
To be fair, if matchmaking, servers and bans all worked properly there'd be little reason for a surrender system. They should fix those before implementing one.
Also also: They already removed something as a workaround instead of fixing it: Killcam and MVP. It wouldn't even be the first time they do something like that.
Besides it's not blamewothy to use some kind of workaround if you cannot fix the problem itself.

Unfortunately, many teams do not communicate or work together.
And there you have your reason

RE: Let us surrender
I don't see what surrendering has to do with being selfish? And again: Why does it work so well in other games? What is diffrent about Paladins that it won't work there?
There are soo many possibilities why a match can't be won: Having a troll, having a bot, bad matchmaking... All of them result in one thing: time waste and frustration. To surrender will save us both.
Also also: Even if you're trying to complete a challenge - does it help you that you have to stay in a match and getting killed over and over? No. Quite the opposite in fact. Being able to surrender actually helps you finding a match quicker, in wich you can complete your challenge.

Let us surrender
Like the title says: Please let us do that.
Every so often we get a match wich cannot be won. Impossible. Jumping to the moon is easier.
But we are still foreced to end it the normal way. And with "normal way" I mean two things: Ripping our a** off to try the impossible - or do nothing. The first way is a waste of time and the second one just boring and it may cost you some reports. Either way: it's just frustrating. I'm in such a match right now - as I'm typing this. It's one of those hopless matches, with a bot, wich cannot be won. So I thought this might be the perfect opportunity to do something else.So here's a simple solution: Surrender. Why can't we do this? Why won't you give us such a feature? Other games have it and it works perfectly.
Sure, there WILL be some ppl who will abuse that - but as I said: Those ppl do exist in other games too, but they still have this feature and it works. So there is actually no argument why Paladins should not have such a thing.
It would save a lot of time and frustration.
