I profess in the field of software engineering. I have played Paladins for nearly 3 years, possess plenty of competitive team experience. I mostly play direct damage champs, but plan on strengthening my blasters at some point.

@M3RC3N4RI0 Ruckus ult sound is actually a Semi truck horn. Train belongs to another.
Doesn't this count as witch hunting? Afaik old forums and discords had rules against name and shame/witch hunting, pretty sure those old rules still apply here just a fair warning. Also "idiot, moron and stfu" are very mild things that many ppl say. Unless its something like a racist comment or telling you to go die id hardly say its worth reporting.
Translation:
To start off, balance is poor, it feels like a flank can just destroy an entire enemy team by holding left click all game. Hirez thinks they can simply balance by nerfing factors as unimportant as say Zhin's ammo count for example. That doesn't stop his pressure and damage! Onto the second point, matchmaking: the algorithm seems terrible. I get level 50 players in my games when I am near level 300. This simply isnt normal to be putting such new players with more experienced ones so often. Another point is bugs: its true many have been fixed but so many more strange ones keep appearing out of the blue that ruin the game! Like right now Lian can be killed while ulting, and many times i get damaged while my shield is up. And finally the hitboxes of this game don't make any sense. Having good hitboxes is the basis of any game. It's not normal to be hit by direct shots while behind a wall. Hirez you need to wake up and stop ignoring these problems with comments like "this year has been the best for playercount" and "we will resolve all the bugs with 'the hunt'". All you do is create more bugs and add skins when we instead ask for stability and polish, I certainly dont care about skins they aren't the reason many players play your game. If you don't focus on whats important I fear this game will end up dead.
Tbh the points are kinda valid but still seems like a rant to me
Uncheck "enhance pointer precision" in windows mouse setting->additional mouse settings->pointer options under motion.
Also 15 ingame sens 800 dpi is extremely high, try 7 or less.
Missing 3-4 left clicks in a row when suddenly Lians audio plays "I never miiiiss"
@EinMeister Sha Lins lmb is a bad example because it isnt click and fire, it's a charge up, so even if his right click was a separate firing animation and not a toggle activation, youd still end up firing only a noodle arrow for little damage almost immediately. However you can't animation cancel toggle abilities afaik. Your Pip example is more valid.
Onto the main point, Cassies Q is not animation cancellable. It can be chained after a single left click, almost like firing 680+350 together, which i believe is the burst you are referring to, in this case the lmb is animation cancellable. Cassie's Disengage however is animation cancellable and you can chain either another lmb or a Q onto it. So you can do something like lmb disengage lmb blast shot. Ofc the disengage usually leaves them airborne long enough to fire another lmb after the blast shot connects with that combo, allowing for insane damage against someone who cant immediately use an ability to get out of the disengage knockback or prevent the damge via shield, barrier, reversal or ice block. Either way you aren't far off in calling Cassie's burst capability unfair. It has made her insanely strong for a very long time. Most of this damage capability exists because Cassie lacks a damaging ult which is a statement the devs made a while back. I agree the blast shot should not be chainable. If anything it should only be this way when using the impulse talent. Which would give it even more of an identity to differentiate the benefits of impulse vs big game.
